Arc Text extension (the “App”) is a Webflow App present on the Webflow Marketplace. By using this App, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose

The App is designed to help Webflow users create and insert arc or circular text into their projects. It is a creative tool — not a guarantee of perfect output.

2. Use of the App

  • You may use the App for personal or professional Webflow projects.
  • You are responsible for how you apply the generated code or assets inside Webflow.
  • Do not misuse the App in ways that break Webflow’s own terms, applicable laws, or cause harm to others.

3. Data & Privacy

  • The App does not sell or share your personal data.
  • Any configuration or settings you make are stored locally or within your Webflow project for your own use.
  • We may collect anonymous usage data to improve the App experience.

4. Limitations

  • The App is provided “as is.” We can’t promise it will work perfectly in every Webflow setup.
  • We are not liable for any issues that arise from using the App, including lost work, errors in design, or client disputes. Always back up your projects.

5. Updates & Changes

  • We may update the App, its features, or these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the App means you accept any updated Terms.

6. Ownership

  • All rights in the App remain with its creator(s).
  • You own the content you create with the App inside your Webflow projects.
